Rev. David Harriman
David Harriman, the son of
missionary parents, spent his childhood and teenage years in
South America. He and his wife, Karol, served with World Gospel
Mission in Argentina doing church planting and evangelism from
1975 to 1987. After their return to the states, David pastored
an ECNA (Evangelical Church) in North Dakota for over ten years.
David's fluency in the Spanish
language allows him to communicate the Gospel to the Hispanic
population. Since 2001, through his organization, David Harriman
Ministries, he has traveled extensively in Central and South
America, the Caribbean, Africa and the United States working with
mission organizations and churches and speaking in evangelistic
meetings, youth rallies, marriage seminars, and leadership
conferences. Some of these meetings are carried on radio and
television in Latin America.
David received a B.A. degree
from Barclay College in Haviland, Kansas and he took a year of
post-graduate work at Vennard College in Iowa.
David and Karol have two grown
sons, Peter and Paul.
David
Hárriman, hijo de padres misioneros, pasó su niñez y juventud en
América del Sur. Él, con su esposa, Karol, sirvieron con World
Gospel Mission (Misión Evangélica Mundial) en la Argentina
plantando iglesias y haciendo evangelismo desde 1975 hasta
1987. Después de su retorno a los Estados Unidos, David
pastoreó una iglesia de la denominación "Evangelical Church" por
más de diez años.
La
fluidez en el Español de David le permite comunicar el Evangelio
a la población Hispana. Desde el año 2001, mediante su
organización, "David Hárriman Ministries" ("Ministerio Vida
Abundante"), él ha viajado extensivamente en Centro y
Sudamérica, el Caribe, y los Estados Unidos, cooperando con
agencias misioneras e iglesias, y predicando en cruzadas
evangélicas, cruzadas juveniles, seminarios sobre el matrimonio
y conferencias de liderazgo. En la América Latina algunas de
estas reuniones se transmiten por radio y televisión.
David
recibió su Bachiller de Artes de la Universidad Barclay College,
en Haviland, Kansas, y estudió un año pos-graduado en Vennard
College en Iowa.
David y
Karol tienen dos hijos adultos, Peter y Paul (Pedro y Pablo).
